To take a look at how this program works, simply click on the PowerPoint icon. The presentation is automatic and will take about 3 to 4 minutes (you can stop it at any time by pressing your [Esc] key.

Then print the Word document I have attached (ring me if you don't know how to do this).

To look at how to apply the program to your business, the best thing to do is to go through and complete the Action Plan provided in your Topic Handout.
